In a seriousness note, I believe the perfect weapon for a character of teleportation or portals would be a Whip. I can imagine one scenario of the User deciding to pull back the whip, only to teleport last second and deal a massive blow on the back.
Maybe even wrapping the whip around the enemy and teleporting with them just to toss them right into a skyscraper!
