It's this guy who is the main user of Absolute/Vector Manipulation

Basically he got defeated by having a his power negated (hence superpower negation) and punched. He also got defeated again by a gun shot and couldn't defend himself because he was focusing all of his power on saving a Mikasa Clone (hence weakness creation and gun creation)

True. He's also a verifiable badass! XD

I still can't tell if he is good or bad. He was the antagonist in one anime but in his anime, he is the protagonist and went so far to protect Last Order (small clone child) but still does somewhat villainous acts.

I also love how in his anime, a girl showed up in his door step and he had to go through her whole story and shii and finally was done helping her but then2 days later another girl showed up on his door step and now is getting dragged again XD

If he doesn't care about other at the slightest threat they could destroy absolutely everything and everyone in their way

Without powers depends on the scale and magnitude of their power you could just Poison them by increasing the oxygen in their locale causing oxygen toxicity

With powers it's easier i.e like teleportation I just teleport an object into their brains
