I haven't looked into all of them, but most of them seem to be relying on another being or equipment, whilst transcendance vampire would be all your own power.

So I chose this.

You can't beat the power of friendship and teamwork, that would be your weakness to not rely on that.

Power of friendship is merely a plot tool. It's not real. Did Saitama win his fights with power of friendship? NO. With pure power he did

What about him? Saitama can win any fight without him and has always won fight swithout him and even before he became his disciple.

Why did Saitama won against Garou, because it was the power of friendship. And not to mention King's contribution in that worm fight.

I chose nanites but my heart with transcendent vampire.

Both are my favorite.
