He could maybe speed-blitz Kira, provided he doesn't tell him his identity and rewinds time first, he'd definitely beat Jolyne but wouldn't manage to defeat TA4.

Hard stops at GER, it ain't infinity, sukuna will literally be set back before he could even attack,

To adapt to time reversal Mahoraga needs to witness it, if time is rewinded then he goes back to before he got the chance to start adapting which means he has to start over the adaptation process so he needs to experience multiple time reversals without being effected by it before it can adapt and only then can Sukuna use binding vows to attack beyond time, if it was time stop or skip it would work but rewind doesn’t work here.

Especially since, unlike with Mandom (a Part 7 Stand with a time rewinding ability), with Kiras BTD, you don't remember that time has been rewound.

Stops ar GER, Gold Experience Requimin is a huge counter, he could actually surpass the first 3 though.
