I wonde if I can predict @Neosaiyan7 choice. Has to be something that deeply routes in the death aspect. Something close to their father the Primordial God of Death. I guess it'd be Decay considering the fact that decay is often the remains of death.

As for me, I would go towards the idea of Corruption. A fallen deity that was once with the angels but decided on their ways being far superior. The arrogance to it reminds me of myself.
