I personally think is Creation is more versatile than the other.

What made the nuke dangerous, we created it or the destruction it caused.

We can destroy with what we create. But we can't create with what we have already destroyed.

For the power scaling perspective it takes more energy to create from nothing than to destroy to nothing making it more powerful, this usually only applies to hax tho(iirc)
