I put Infinite Experience + Absolute Potential, but really, I think it entirely depends on what you mean by 'superior'. If you just mean 'which would win in a fight?', then yes, Infinite Experience and Absolute Potential comes out on top every time. By definition, they have already experienced every possible way this fight could go and, by definition, have the potential to win it (or to grow to the point of being able to win it). This means that they know what they need to do in order to win, as they have already experienced doing so.
However, if you mean 'superior' in a subjective, non-combat sense? I would actually say Endless Development and Adaptive Development. This is in large part because, if you have Infinite Experience, then you have already experienced everything. There is nothing novel left for you to experience (or would that contradict Absolute Potential? Even if it does, the rest of the point I'm about to make still stands). Additionally, while, sure, you've experienced every good thing, you also have experience of every bad thing; the power literally guarantees that you have endless traumatic experiences, endless experiences of suffering - and making others suffer - as a result of that trauma, and so on. And sure, it also guarantees that you have the experience of recovering from and overcoming all those traumatic experiences, but I would rather not have them in the first place.
