Isn't she Universal or below at best? I see people trying to hype her up and saying she solos who, but she doesn't have a good reaction time because well.. she can get speedblitzed by someone who is above her.

Whose we? I don't, I've seen her being overhyped. From the people on reddit telling me otherwise she ain't that powerful I thought, she admittingly gets speedblitzed by majority of DC, Marvel, SCP, DBS and probably Saitama. Since she can't use her abilities if someone reacts faster than her.

@Statz02 It's always nice to hear your interest in such a debate, what made you suddenly have such a reaction to this one? Do you actually believe the Doctor wins this one, or just know Altair is weak?

I wouldn't say she's weak, she is strong with her unique hax abilities but Altair is not Omnipotent levels of strong as the fans in debates claims her to be. Same fans who think Altair is beating The Spectre. We also shouldn't be giving her random abilities that was never displayed in the show and/or manga because she gains powers from fanfics.
