If my power would be something simple like "skill replication" or "enhanced brain capacity" I would like been the only one, but if I have something OP like construct, life force, telepathy, or my favorites like fiction manipulation or absolute learning I would like to live in a world where more people have awesome powers as well

I've been summoned! For my opinion! Hopefully. Maybe. I don't know. Anyways, I don't care as long I have superpowers. Anything can happen, a minority gaining superpowers or the entire world.. Hell even if I'm the only one to have superpowers then I'm still willing to share it. Such as infecting my bloodline with my superpower.

Assuming it's capable of getting genetically passed down.

I like the thought of being that only superhuman available in a world full of normal people, and my character possesses complete arsenal in a world full of normal people and he's viewed as the closest thing to a god

As long as I have good powers I really don't care

Where's the fun if a few only gets superpowers, all for one, one for all.
