Stand, the chances of a crap Quirk are much higher due to there being more Quirks

Were only going off named quirks(ones that belong to characters important enough for the Quirk to be named, rather than including generic background girl with horns #123214

Still alot of bad ones like Bubble Girl's ability to make a bubble or Rock Lock's ability to lock a non living item in place but only if he touches it
