This is the confusing wording they do in narratives, you describe a power awesome, but what does that even mean, in what context?

Fictional Lordship for me. One of my favorite superpowers of all time and it have one of my favorite characters of all time as it's main user. Like just think of it, all of fiction is in the palm of my hands. I ca create fiction, any anime, movie, series etc I want and I can go in any of them as well and mimic any character of fiction as well! The amount of usage is endless! Have you ever dreamed to become like Goku and go super saiyan? Well now you can! This power allows you to achieve your wildest childhood dreams ever. Everyone has seen a piece of fiction, be it a cartoon, an anime, a movie a comic etc etc and I bet they also wished to either be in it, be a character from it, or anything else. That's not all! Have you ever seen an anime or a movie or a cartoon and you didn't like the ending or a part of the plot and wished it was changed? WELL YOU CAN DO THAT NOW WITH FICTIONAL LORDSHIP! Yes! If there is a piece of fiction you really really love and want just a part of it changed, you can do that with easy and satisfy your heart, e.g. changing a tragic ending and making it a happy ending!

So if I had Fictional Lordship, could I use Super Shenron's Absolute Wish granting ability?

With ease. Even more than that too. You can even amplify it infinitely and manipulate it and have absolute Lordship over it
