"Born as the son of Medusa, Percy Gorgon lived in a cave atop the mountains, isolated from most of humanity. He’s a cautious boy who’s slow to trust anyone and keeps folks at bay with snarling toughness, but underneath that wall of aggression, he’s a curious man who longs to be a part of man’s world. I find that most respectable, but much easier said than done when man has done naught but despise and reject him, often chasing him with guns and arrows only to end up as human exhibits made of nothing but lapis lazuli."

"In addition to his most notable ability, Percy can also do whatever a dragon can do, be it soaring into the sky with his wings, tearing into metal with his scaly claws or even sensing hidden threats."
"However, he cannot control his main power on his own, often wearing a mask that contains his Lapis Breath and keeps his allies safe."

"An iron mask designed to contain Lapis Dracule’s deadly breath when he’s not in battle. Even so, it has a filter he can toggle between on and off, letting him take breathes that do not harm others or concentrate his breath towards enemies."
"He also carries an electronic bomb containing puffs of Lapis Breath that turn crowds into lapis lazulli once the safety switch is off."
FUN FACTS:
1) The concept behind Lapis Dracule was inspired by the myths of Medusa, who turned people to stone(sight), and King Midas turning anything to gold(touch). Dracule was created to have a curse centered around the sense of taste, with his ability coming from his mouth instead of a touch or look.
2) He’s curious and often fond of playing music, particularly rock and soft music. He would play it with hopes of reaching out to more people and bridging gaps between humans and superhuman, a perfect union.
3) When he’s feeling particularly nasty, he flies out to nearby cities at night and spreads the fear of Medusa into the hearts of city residents.
