I've never understood why Lucario is so sought after. It doesn't seem like much of a deal to me. Beside, almost all the new Mega in Pokemon ZA are terrible.

That looks more like a redesign than a mega, like the thing between its ears looks like it would be a tumor, it has rock boobs and its tail has an extra branch like a twig, so this mega is just a Lucario with cancer

@Manuele9 Lucario has been my favorite pokemon (and still one) for a long time. It's just so cool with the whole aura abilities and vibe and design and stuff. Especially his original mega. His OG mega looks so freaking fire and is actually one of the really good ones; Mega Lucario becomes particularly powerful due to its high attack and special attack stats. Its Adaptability ability further amplifies these attributes, which enhances the power of moves that share its type. With Adaptability, alongside the same-type attack bonus (STAB), Mega Locario's same-type moves see their power doubled. For example, the Close Combat move normally has a power of 120, but with these bonuses, its power effectively increases to 240. This immense power makes Mega Locario nearly unbeatable in battle without a Pokémon with robust defensive stats. That's just in the game, in the anime he is even cooler with the way he uses his aura in various ways such as scanning, sensing emotions, communicating non-verbally, literally creating a spirit bomb ahh aura sphere etc etc
