I'm trying to figure out exactly what kind of power this is, and I want to describe it to see if anyone here recognizes it. Here's the description:

The user caused an area of their choosing to have the following effect: if someone put a word on the whiteboard in that area, paper balls and paper airplanes are thrown at the whiteboard, knocking the letters off.

I know it's very specific, but any help would be appreciated.
