4th-Dimensional Physiology

I assumed fourth(or fifth, if we are fourth dimensional beings) can wrap reality because just like how a 3d being can manipulate the reality of a 2d being can via pencils or by ripping the paper in half, but 4d/5d beings can manipulate our 3d/4d world more elegantly. Is this true?

So i found pages for 4th dimensional physiology, 5th dimensional physiology, and 10th dimensional physiology however in ben 10 a naljian showed up and she called humans primitive cause they only think in 3 dimensions and when asked how many there r she replied "only 26 that matter" which implies she is beyond even 10th dimensional physiology so im curious as to what power would list her as a example
