What will you do?
Give myself Absolute Command and grant all my wishes. Then I will bring the fictional multiverses into the greater Omega Omni-sphere of Multiverses. I'd give all my peeps here Peak Human Condition that is definite including their progeny and one extra power unique to them. I'd heal the world and optimize and heal my family and I's health. I'd then make sure my family is financially stable for the rest of their lives. I would then travel the Totality for adventure.

Your whole life is data and with the Modification System, you can modify that data. Want to be infinitely smart, the system can make that happen. Want to be rich, the system can make that happen. Change gender, race, etc? The system can make it happen.

Make the Desire Orb real.
Heal my mom.
Heal the environment
Change the hateful laws to social good laws.

Make the Omega Omniverse real and that I can travel it.
