Death, The Absolute end of all, for not even abstracts themselves are an exception.

As for me it will be the Spiral Killer from Spiral. https://villains.fandom.com/wiki/William_Schenk Not only did this guy got away in with his unnecessary crimes but he is by far one of the most psychotic killers I have seen next to Freddy,Micheal, and Jason. I get the cops were corrupted but couldn't you just oh I don't know. Leak evidence to the police. Find a way to get them fired or something normal then making death traps!

If this guy was real and I had this power. I will kill him on the spot. Since he is quite hard to catch and I believe if he witnessed another bad day. He will be a threat to society.
