Absolute Learning

Could be a stupid question but could you customize yourself having an ability like... let's say Fire Manipulation or Absolute Learning? Just asking after I read the capabilities.

let's say you have Absolute Superpower replication with Absolute Learning in real life.You have learned any power on this site with Absolute Learning.would you have that power?Another example is that you are watching an anime or a TV series or a movie in a production. In that production, power is mentioned. Would you have that power in real life? That is, can you do rasengan-like techniques in real life?

How overpowered would a being be with passive absolute body and innate absolute learning?

I had a thought the other day about a power that be a combination of conceptual baking, reality cooking, and absolute learning and/or omni-mastery. This power could allow to user to bake and cook absolutely anything and everything together.. Even concepts such as death, time, speed, and evil to make a cake. The concepts would either be replaced by concepts identical or similar to the original ones or maybe the user could make it to where after the entire food items is digested the concepts used to bake them would reappear.
