Now im pretty sure this power allows the user to creat things from nothing. I mean one of it’s applications is literally omnificence and there’s also the capabilities that explains it as well

When I read the Absolute Recreation page, it said that even if there's a dying memory or not even that, a thing could be recreated. Could this be exploited to create? Lets say there are 5 people in a verse and they all have $100 in total, and it can't be increased no matter what. One of the people has Absolute Recreation. Now, since no one has any memory of $101, could the recreator exploit this and create a $1 bill out of nowhere even though it was never created before this? (Don't just consider memory as a parameter, since a things atoms could've been ripped off existence and it could be Recreated with Absolute Recreation, this sounds like a huge loophole.)
So, for example, if our whole universe was destroyed and that includes me. A user of this power could recreate the world in detail, good, I would be recreated in minute detail: personality, memories, perceptions, beliefs and all my mental traits; my soul, my body in minute detail and etc...
In fact, I and the world have been recreated, but be the same since before the destruction? The same?
