Qi Abilities or Chi/Ki/Prana Abilities are usually revolved around the manipulation of energy through one’s own vitality (life-force). Users of Qi Abilities can generate the paraphysical bio-electricity known as Chi through breath. They can use their breath to either channel, store and convert natural ambient energies (Sunshine, Starlight, Wind, Tidal, Geothermal Heat, Weather, etc.) into Chi Energy or convert it from bio-chemical energy stored in the users body. The life-force of biological entities can be split into seven parts called chakras, each chakra generates a different form of Chi. Chakras 1-3 generate Tao (Lower Chi/Prana that can be manipulated by the body) and Chakra #4 generates Empatha (which is technically psychological, but also connected to the body; Emotional Energies or Medium Chi/Prana) and Chakras 6-7 generate Psiona (Higher Chi that can be manipulated through consciousness). It is unknown what the chi from Chakra #5 does, but it might have something to do with voice (yet another connection between mind and body).

PSI Abilities are paraphysical abilities worked through mental effort. "Telekinetic PSI Abilities" (TK) involve using the mind to physically interact and control the external/natural world without physical contact with said object, subject or enviroment; TK Abilities also go by the term Manipulations. "Telepathic PSI Abilities" (TP) involves using the mind to metaphysically influence the consciousness of other living/sentient beings.

"PK Abilities" is the synchronization of TK & TP Abilities needed to achieve feats that can physically and metaphysically influence our world to greater lengths then regular forms of telekinesis and telepathy can do on their own

The connection between Qi Abilities & PSI Abilities is Psiona, the psychological life-force energies generated by the higher chakras, Requiring the energies from Chakras #4, #6 & #7 in order to perform such feats. Since exist within the body, the heart and third eye chakras generate Psiona by converting it from absorbed ambient energies and/or stored bio-energy.

The Crown Chakra however is connected to an ethereal layer of our reality known as the astral plane. Astral Planes are some of Layered Cataphysical Pararealities that make up the mysterious side of Pocket Universes within our timeline, these layers seem to run on a more complex form of electromagnetism, a single cubic mile of astral plane radiates 12 million times more energy every second then all of the stars in the Milky Way galaxy radiate in their entire lifetime. The Paraphysical Properties of Astral plane energy is definitely similar to the effects of PK Abilities, but also slightly similar to the physical properties of starlight. Energy channeled from the astral plane via the crown chakra is referred to as Spiritual Energy.
