Agility/Enhanced

I’m confused on enhanced agility. Like what exactly is the power because the real World version of agility is different from the superpower wiki. Should enhanced agility be the better version of enhanced speed, because it doesn’t only apply to running

Do you think that character with enhanced reflexes and agility is enough to dodge and reacting attacks like bullets, speedsters, etc? Or would they need enhanced speed? I don’t mean to keep up or match pace but maybe enough to block an attack or move your head out of the way.
