What are the common abilities most Androids/A.I share?

There is this one character I am working on, what power could I give them, not including the standart A.I powers? Do you have some idea of what could fit?

They are an artificial consciousness that was created as an earth-protection program inspired on the dead son of its creator. Altough being discarded as a failed project, they had the chance to pass through an dimensional rift that rewrited their form / materialized a body for them, as well as allowing their new body to have special abilities. Not sure if I could brief it in a good way :] I just need some cool power idea
