Black Hole Creation

These questions may come off as cringy but I don't have a great understanding on physics

1. If you create a black hole in one hand and a white hole and the other, then try smushing them together, what happens?

1. If you can turn water into sand is that matter transmutation or elemental transmutation?

2. How exactly is gravity manipulation the weakest of the four fundamental forces ? I mean, you can potentially make black holes and throw planets around like soft balls or even distort the space time continuum to an extent?

3. So quantum manipulation gives you all kinds of crazy powers like traveling to different realities and detonating stars. What does relativity manipulation do? Make you move at light speed?

4. How does quantum manipulation give you the ability to transmute matter into practically anything you desire via nuclear manipulation? I mean sure you can turn sand into glass or water into ice, but can you turn concrete into electricity? Air into blood? Wood into lava? Lead into pizza?

If a A sound of More than 1,100 db is made it is said to create a BlackHole can the same sound control or maintain the blackhole Or will it start engulfing everything the moment it gets created?
