The stand's main ability is known as Vicinity Of Butterflies, it creates a chain of small, seemingly unrelated events or coincidences that increasingly get more and more destructive until it destroys it's target. So the more target tries to get away or evade the the stand the more they are likely to meet their end.

• The stand can also create these black coloured butterflies which track and follow around the target making it so that the user is always aware of their position and let's the target know they are not safe from impending doom.

Stand Weaknesses:

• The stand's power needs to build up, meaning in the beginning phases it is still possible to knockout the user and deactivate the power if you manage to get close to the user.

• It can only target one person or object at a time.

Notes:

• *I know this isnt Jojo-esque I was looking for better pictures so this is just to be a placeholder.*

• The name comes the band System Of A Down.

• The name of the ability is a combination of the songs Vicinity Of Obscenity and Butterfly.

• The stand is basically just a ripoff of Wonder Of U, cause I thought Wonder Of U would have this power (Butterfly Effect).

I thought about this like a week ago and only wrote it now, (also sorry if there were any mistakes or missing details I was tired when I wrote this and stoned.)

Also also Butterfly Effect is such an underrated power.

Would abilities like Butterfly Effect & Domino Effect be considered "Cosmological-Scale Causality Manipulating Abilities?"

In the Empyrean Universe, there were four siblings who controlled the Four Forces that kept everything in balance. The siblings were named Aponi, Az, Ark'anuli, and Aisling, and they were responsible for the Butterfly Effect, Dice Rolling, Arcanic Hand, and Ethereal Contrivances respectively. However, the siblings grew tired of each other's constant bickering and the pressure of maintaining their duties. They ultimately decided to break up and go their separate ways, causing chaos and imbalance in the universe.

Aponi, Az, Ark'anuli, and Aisling sat together in the Council Chamber, each one looking weary and tense. They had been arguing for hours, as usual, about how to maintain balance in the universe.

Aponi, the eldest of the siblings, spoke up. "I can't take this anymore. We've been at this for centuries, and we're no closer to finding a solution. I say we break up."

Az snorted. "Break up? What do you mean?"

"I mean we each go our separate ways," Aponi replied. "We relinquish our control over the Four Forces and let the universe find its own balance."

Ark'anuli and Aisling looked at each other skeptically. "And what happens when chaos ensues?" Ark'anuli asked.

"We can't keep holding the universe together forever," Aponi said. "We need to let go and trust that it will find its own way."

Az shook his head. "I'm not sure that's a good idea. Who knows what kind of havoc the Four Forces could wreak if left unchecked?"

"I agree," Aisling said. "We have a responsibility to keep the universe safe."

Aponj sighed. "I understand your concerns, but we're all exhausted. We need a break from each other and from the pressure of our duties."

Ark'anuli nodded slowly. "I see your point. It's just...we've always been together. It's hard to imagine being apart."

"I know," Aponi said, "but change is necessary sometimes. We can still support each other from a distance."

The siblings fell silent, lost in thought. Finally, Aisling spoke up. "Fine. I'm in. But we need to make sure we do this properly. We can't just abandon our duties."

"We'll figure it out," Aponi said. "Together, or apart."

And with that, the Four Forces were relinquished, and the siblings went their separate ways. Aponi traveled to distant galaxies, seeking new adventures and experiences. Az retreated to a quiet corner of the universe, where he could focus on perfecting his dice rolling techniques. Ark'anuli became a recluse, spending her days studying the arcane arts and delving into the secrets of the universe. Aisling, meanwhile, wandered the cosmos, searching for lost artifacts and ancient relics.

At first, everything seemed to be going smoothly. The universe ticked along, seemingly unaffected by the absence of the Four Forces. But as time passed, strange things began to happen. Reality itself seemed to be unraveling, with time and space becoming increasingly unstable.

The siblings realized too late that they had made a grave mistake. The Four Forces were essential to the functioning of the universe, and without them, chaos reigned.

Desperate to undo their mistake, the siblings came together once more. They argued and bickered, just as they always had, but this time, they were united in their goal: to restore the Four Forces and bring balance back to the universe.

It was a long and difficult journey, but eventually, they succeeded. They reconnected with the Four Forces, and through their combined efforts, were able to stabilize the universe once more.

As they sat together, exhausted but relieved, Aponi spoke up. "I'm sorry for suggesting we break up. I realize now how important we are to each other, and to the universe."

Az nodded. "We may bicker and fight, but we need each other. We're stronger together than apart."

Ark'anuli smiled. "It's good to be back together. I missed you all."

Aisling chuckled. "Let's not get too sentimental. We've still got work to do."

And with that, the siblings set off once more, ready to face whatever challenges the universe might throw at them, together. Eventually when everything was able to somewhat function by itself, the siblings decided to finally put everything at rest and let the forces continue on their own wave while they decided to live a life of mortality.

We are not alone, we are simply a variation. Our scientists, and many across our Multiverse has labeled this one 'The Empyrean Universe'. The universe in question is believed to have been born from the Big Bang, which unleashed four powerful forces: the Butterfly Effect, Dice Rolling, Arcanic Hand, and Ethereal Contrivances. Each of these forces has the ability to shape the very fabric of reality, and while they can be used for good, in the wrong hands they can bring about destruction on a massive scale.The Butterfly Effect is a force that ensures that even the smallest actions can have significant consequences. It means that every decision made by an individual can create ripples throughout the universe and influence events in significant ways. Dice Rolling, on the other hand, involves the roll of a cosmic die that determines the outcome of various events. This force introduces an element of chance and randomness into the universe, making it impossible to predict certain outcomes.

Arcanic Hand is the force that allows for the manipulation of magic and supernatural powers. It is a powerful tool that can be used to create wonders and miracles, but it can also be abused for personal gain or to cause harm. Finally, Ethereal Contrivances are the force that allows for the bending and warping of reality itself. This force can be used to create new worlds or to reshape existing ones, but it can also be used to destroy entire realities.

Overall, the four forces that burst from the Big Bang have played a significant role in shaping the multiverse as we know it. They have the potential to bring about both great good and terrible destruction, and their impact on the universe is felt every day.

The sun was shining brightly as Ophiuchus and Ananta strolled through their kingdom, their steps light and carefree. They were chatting amiably about their latest scheme to overthrow the world with the Butterfly Effect, a theory and ability they had recently become fascinated with.

"I'm telling you, Ana, it's all about the little things," Ophiuchus said, grinning mischievously. "One tiny change here, another there, and before you know it, the whole world is different."

The sister nodded, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "It's like a game of dominoes, but on a global scale. We just need to figure out the right pieces to knock over, and voila! World domination."

They both laughed at the absurdity of their plan, but deep down, they both knew that they were deadly serious. They were born to rule, to shape the world in their image, and the Butterfly Effect was the key to their ultimate goal.

As they walked, the people around them gave them a wide berth, sensing something dangerous and unpredictable about the twins. But the brother and sister paid them no mind, lost in their own world of possibilities and potentialities.

"We could start with something small, like changing the weather patterns in a remote corner of the world," Ananta suggested, twirling a lock of her hair around her finger that was previously a snake. "And then gradually work our way up to bigger things, like manipulating the stock markets or influencing political elections."

Ophi nodded, his eyes gleaming with ambition. "Yes, yes, I can see it all now. The world will be our playground, and everyone else will be our pawns."

Ana grinned, feeling a thrill of excitement run through her, admiring her brothers mutual lust for power. "It's going to be so much fun."

And with that, they continued on their way, plotting and scheming, their minds consumed with the idea of world domination through the Butterfly Effect.

"Julia, I have no idea how many times I'm gonna have to tell you this, using your abilities beyond the battlefield is nothing but dangerous."

"Nothing happened! You know this wouldn't be happening right now if you just let me do the spell without scaring me!"

"I didn't mean to pop up on you but by father's request, somebody had to make sure you weren't f**king up our timeline or making things explode."

"Now Janetta, you have the same ability I do so you could cancel out a timeline mishap...right?"

"Yes, of course I do, but that's not the point. Just, damn it be careful. We have to keep our power a secret."

"I don't feel as though we should hide from our kingdom-"

"Good, because we're not! Our people aren't what we're hiding from and you know that."
