Can the absorption and storage of energy (Capacitor) or the conversion of absorbed energies (Energy Conversion) be used to develop your own personal attributes and condition (Cultivation)?

Why is there no capacitor for Extradimensional Energies on this wiki?

There are a lot of beings on the wiki, who could probably manipulate extradimensional energy, at least one of them have to be a capacitor right?
