You were an on the internet when you saw a link to a website called magicians and selectors when you click on it your screen suddenly begins glowing and then some options appear on said screen. These are options are various different challenges and features themed around fictional characters and superpowers. Before you can do any things an option called skilled and powerful picks itself somehow and the screen changes to a page with text saying “preorder your own fusion of powerful and skilled. They will be your servant for life the only price is your original body. Under said text is an ok button which influences you click it once you do it changes to a different page with a text box on it and above said text box it say “please enter in what you want a being serving you for to be like(would you want them to have good DIY skills would you want them to be quick at finishing tasks you know that kind of stuff)warning this website is incapable of using godlike Omnipotent beings or reality benders attempt put them into the text box will result in it being ignored and below text box is an enter button. Once you’ve entered would you would your servant for life to be a picture of 2 fictional characters appear on screen one powerless but skilled in some way and one super-powered text then appears Saying thank you and then it changes back to the options screen. You hear voice call from behind you asking what would you like me to do and when you turn around you see a fusion of the 2 characters that were on screen before you can do anything you black out and wake up with your conscious somehow in 2 bodies simultaneously those bodies exact copies of the 2 characters that make up the fusion standing behind you who tells you that every one you know will think you’ve always been like this and then asks again what you would like them to do.
Tell me 2 different things you would want someone serving you for life to have and I have to get 2 characters that fit that description along with what they would look like fused together and then you tell how how you would react to them and being in two different bodies what you would say and what you would do

Well, since you guys know that I'm not having new and interesting ideas to post recently; inspired by some people here, I decided to start sharing my OCs here in form of posts (since I know there are people that don't know that I post them as blogs).
Like that, I don't need to force my brain to think in something else and also makes me able to still keep posting things here.

Hayashi Hideo, also known as Techman, is a powerful cyborg (probably the 1st one on Earth), and the japanese member of the World Security League.

Appearance
Hayashi is now almost a completely technological being, but, through his morphing abilities, still takes his original form, who is a young adult japanese man with black hair, brown eyes and yellow skin.
As a hero, the only thing that he changes in the body is the absence of any clothes, because every part of his body except the head (although the eyes are technological as well) becomes robotic-like, being a silver metal-like material, with several technological gadgets and details, a "jet-pack" and a black mask who covers the mouth.
Personality
Hayashi is completely serious, being more even than the Ms. Celeste and the Siberian General. Due to personal and past reasons, he rarely demonstrates any other emotion besides seriousness, coldness and sometimes anger. He is willing to fulfill the orders his superiores give to him, and will not get tired without fulfilling the said order.
But, despite his seriousness, he works kinda well with his colleagues and even acts like a tactical leader (together with Mikhail) of the team, showing leadership-related skills better than Captain Molecular. Although in any other thing, he is still serious, he doesn't like foolishness, laziness and any "annoying" act, lacking completely any sense of humor or friendly personality, as even Hope (Gabriela Flores), possibly the most extroverted member of the team, is scared of him just by being near him.
Hayashi is aware that how he is and actually knows the cause, but himself stated that he doesn't know what to do or to revert back. All of his past self, who was similar to what he is but with feelings and emotons, are now only memories that was turned into something "nonexistent" by his techno-powers.
Powers and Abilities
Technorganic Physiology: After Hayashi created a unique type of nanotechnology, he wanted to inject these nanites into a guinea pig, but since there was none, he injected on himself. When injected, the nanites spread all over the body (both internally and externally) and began to improve Hayashi's body, thereby gaining supernatural technological powers, and also becoming a cyborg. All of his cells were replaced by nanites, the only parts that remains organic are his heart, part of the brain, and part of the head's skin.
Superhuman Strength: Hayashi's cybernetics offers him more strength than the average human and, in some cases, aliens and other beings. Initially able to store 5 tons at his peak, constant updates to his system have made him grow in strength over time, and is currently still growing. He canmatch other enough physically strong opponents with certain ease, such as some of his colleagues and innumerous other strong beings, such as going hand-to-hand with Samuel Sanders (Steel Master) within his main armor (who is notably very strong).
Superhuman Speed: Hayashi can run many times faster than the speed of sound (about 40x faster), being so fast that looks like he's teleporting. He's also very agile. At his peak (and only in the space), he can enter into the hyperspace, thus being massively FTL, being able to keep up with very fast opponents.
Invulnerability: His body is extremely resistant to many types of damage, especially those that would be lethal to a human. He is resistant to all forms of radiation, as well as thermal resistance, energy beams, cosmic radiation, and most forms of physical attacks.
Superhuman Senses/Sensors: His robot part contains very advanced sensors (or “senses”), giving him incredible vision and hearing, immensely sophisticated motion perception, see the most indistinguishable details in reality, etc.
Superhuman Agility: He is also immensely agile, having great body coordination and balance.
Self-Sustenance: Since his body is cybernetically empowered, he doesn't need to need, sleep and eat. As his body is self-sustaining, he is able to be in space without worries.
Superhuman Stamina: He has virtually unlimited stamina and endurance.
Solar Empowerment: Because of the solar panels that exist around his body, he practically never runs out of energy.
Flight: He has the ability to fly at very high speeds. Hayashi manages to do this through propulsion and gravity tech installed in his back, hands and feet.
Technology Manipulation: His main superpower and also the ability that defines him. Hayashi is able to manipulate any and all technology at will, giving him a variety of other powers. He is able to hack into any device on the planet, decodify codes and passwords in seconds, and many more, being able to manipulate all technological devices with great ease. He is also able to augment and improve the conditions of those devices, enhancing their capabilities and/or altering their structures.
Electronic Communication: He is able to intervene, communicate, understand, control and generate electronic, radio and digital transmissions.
Cyberlingualism: He is able to communicate directly with devices.
Holographic User Interface: He can see the world in a similar way to the user interface, in holographic form. So he can see information and other data about other things by looking at them.
Data Manipulation: He can create, shape and manipulate data/digital information from systems and networks, convert real objects/entities into data and vice versa, etc. Being a very experient person, he can create and manipulate statistics and thus, automatically becomes true and factual.
Superhuman Intelligence: Even before being a cyborg, Hayashi demonstrated great intelligence. After his transformation, he is able to download data and information from the internet and any other digital place, thus, in a sense, being "virtually omniscient".
Physical Restoration: He manages, through his nanites, to restore physical things to their normal state.
Telekinesis: He manages to generate from his fingers a kind of energetic holographic thing that can levitate and control matter, thus simulating telekinesis.
Energy Manipulation: Hayashi is able to manipulate, mold and generate energy in a variety of ways. He is capable of manipulating any type of energy in the electromagnetic spectrum.
Energy Projection: He is capable of projecting powerful energy beams from his feet, hands, chest, and others; mainly used for attacks. These beams can be made of anything, such as heat, cold energy, electricity, concussive beams, etc.
Energy Constructs: He can also generate constructs of anything made of energy, such as: buildings, holograms, “beings”, etc. He can also create force-fields and energy blades.
Nanite Manipulation: Another major ability of his. Hayashi is able to manipulate, mold and generate his own nanites, which are nanometer-sized robots. By manipulating these little robots from his body, Hayashi is able to do many things.
Technorganic Shapeshifting: He can rearrange his cells through nanites to assume almost any shape he wants. He can take the form and/or shape his body into objects, animals, vehicles, etc. He uses this ability to mold parts of his body into powerful weapons, such as cannons, energy blades, guns, missile launchers, etc.
Mecha Transformation: He can create more nanites and mold them around his entire body, which makes him increase in size and become a mecha (a type of giant robot). In his mecha form, he becomes more powerful and stronger than in his human size.
Technological Regeneration: Similar to his morphing abilities, Hayashi can also use his nanites to instantly regenerate, recovering lost limbs, repair damaged parts of the body, and even repair the technology if they are also damaged.
Immortality: His advanced regeneration rate + the fact that he's a cyborg, makes Hayashi practically immortal.
Abilities
Genius-level Intellect: Like already stated, he has a great level of intellect, being one of Earth's most intelligent beings. He can upload even more information and data through his technokinetic powers, having even more intellect.
Science Intuition: He has a vast scientific knowledge, having great intuition on how to use several types of sciences in his everyday events. Mainly, in those areas: biotechnology, mechanics, programming, engineering, cybernetics and physics.
Pilot Abilities: He is the WSL's pilot.
Master Combatant: Through his years of training (and also imitating various techniques of combat through analysis), he has a great amount of combat knowledge.
Multilingualism: He can fluently speak Japanese, English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Portuguese, Russian, and virtually all human languages. Mainly, all by of his data absorption and analysis.
Indomitable Will: Hayashi already shown great determination and will to do things. As an example, he will not give up in a fight until the opponent is defeated somehow.
Intimidation: Doing to be the most serious member of the team, he has natural intimidation skills. Anyone who see him in his eyes are instantly covered in fear, as shown by Hope/Gabriela Flores, who, despite being very optmistic, is scared by Techman by justing being near him.
Weaknesses
If somehow his solar panels are destroyed, Hayashi's “battery” will function limitedly. So if it runs out, he will be unable to use his powers (technically becoming a normal “human”).
He cannot manipulate and control anything that is not technological and digital in origin, such as biological/completely-organic materials, and other types of inorganic materials.
His emotionless mindset tends to make him unable to care and understand other's emotions and feelings.
Trivia
He is similar to Cyborg (DC Comics) and Vision (Marvel Comics), but he is not a homage to them.
The reason of why he is so cold, is that since he was a human scientist, he was keeping concentraded in his work (but yet, at this time he could still show emotions). But, after the cyborgnization accident, the data absorbed by him replaced his emotions, thus becoming extremely serious, cold and unfriendly (despite being still honorable, having rigid sense of justice, and can co-work when needed).
And, the reason he created these nanites, is that he was hoping to heal his mother from a fatal disease (as the nanites maybe could heal her). But, to not test on her or on a guinea pig, he injected in himself first (and only, because the data wiped out the original goal, making him forget what he was trying to do) and became what he is.
