Charged Particles Manipulation

So I see on the list of applications/techniques of this power are pretty powerful but one of the techniques states that the user could control only one of the four fundamental forces (the weak force) but shouldn’t the user be capable of manipulating all fundamental forces since all the capabilities of this power allows for absorbing of cosmic energy along with particle/atomic/subatomic particles?

Hey guys so i was looking into charged particle manipulation and it states in its weakeness that is has no power of non electrical energies but yet demonstrates abilities that allow for absorption/conversion of either plasma, ionic, or electrical energies into other energy to allow such things capabilities so can that be fixed or can someone explains how that makes sense

Hey guys, so I’ve been thinking about Electricity manipulation and its capabilities/potential of becoming something more due to the fact that a lot of characters associated with Electricity powers tend to be capable of controlling more than just standard electricity and normally its the science based types capable of doing more including doctor Manhattan who happens to be categorized under Charged particle manipulation and under the applications, cosmic energy is a part of it soo what I’m trying to get at is electricity in all forms of energy manipulation?
