Coincidence Nullification

Haven't been on this wiki long so I don't know how things get done here, so I thought I'd make a thread about it to be safe.

On the Coincidence Resistance page, it lists BB as being a user. The justification for this as was explained to me in the comments was that her ability CCC "is capable of writing over and rewriting information of fields such as luck and coincidence."

Except that's not Coincidence Resistance. She's not actually resisting anything, she's not "preventing the whims of fate from interfering with the battle", she's not "taking good and bad luck out of the equation". What she is doing is manipulating luck and coincidence in her favour. That's almost the exact opposite of Coincidence Resistance.

So that should be removed. Made the thread to ask about it first, seeing as I don't know if I can just remove her from the users.
