Strange younger sibling part 1
After the appearance of Dale, you try to stumble back a bit in shock but some unknown force prevents you, not an internal but more like an external one. The towering mass of limbs and appendages move towards you and it extends one out to greet you, as it does you hear a voice inside your mind, invading your thoughts only to deliver this message, “Hullo”. Your partner then introduced their little brother to you, they say that he was born different than other kids, in that he was born with amazing supernatural powers that allow him to warp reality and makes him practically omnipotent. However, they say that Dale is only 9 years old and doesn’t mean to scare you, with that information, you decide to shake Dales hand and then move on with the reunion and play the traditional games the family plays during that time, however, you feel Dales gaze upon you the entire time you play.
How would you react to the greeting and the information presented?
How would you spend the rest of the reunion?

And I can only imagine scenarios where I'm driven mad with power and become so high off my own power and ego I grant all of you your favorite powers and immediately transform into the Scarlet King
And fly off to one of your locations like say @Abdalla1234 because he'd be durable enough to survive this
The purpose of this post is I want to know how'd you guys would stop someone like this hypothetical me with our favorite powers.
If the girl from Medals Box has over 12 Quintillion powers, do some of them have similar O the same effects? Like she had 3-4 powers which did something similar, would they be considered the same on this wiki or something entirely different? Also, do we know all the powers she has or not?

I've seen this power (I did not mess on it because I was just checking for references and etc), and then I had a doubt: Would exist a variation like "Own-Verse Complete Arsenal", when the character has all the powers specifically only from their verse?
What is the difference between Non-Omnipotent Complete Arsenal and Nigh-Complete Arsenal?
