Kim Dae-Seong, also known as Lucky Caster, is a korean wizard known for his unbearable behavior and great power.

Appearance

Dae-Seong appears to be a young korean man with a rather innocent look and refined face. His skin is very pale, he has a recognizable wavy shoulder-lenght blue hair, and bright cyan eyes. His stature is short, and he has a thin built.

His outfit consists on a great dark green cloak, which underneath has a dark purple long-sleeve shirt with yet a green tank top above it. He has a dark green belt with two pouches, a green wrapped shorts, and a dark green boots. In his head, there's also a strange silver technological artifact (shaped as a "V") with a blue gem in the center (to this day, no one knows what is it's purpose to him).

Personality

Dae-Seong is a very childish, immature, sarcastic, mischievous, reckless and very easy-going boy. He can be considered as an extremely excited kid with an annoying, almost obnoxious, behavior. He tends to be very trickster and whimsical, and seems to enjoy irritating and pulling pranks on people, mainly on his best friend Itta (being almost killed by the same several times). Liking to know and meet new things, he can also be easily excited with these stuff, being also very curious.

For some reason, he's also strangely straightforward and rather insensitive, as he isn't afraid of telling the truth about others and/or what comes to his mind. Despite this straightforward part, he is also a very impulsive liar that doesn't care about the consequences of his acts, and can be rather sinister and mean at times.

Even though this tricky and annoying part of him, he's actually a very benevolent boy; enjoying helping people in need and animating those who are sad and depressed (as he feels bad about this kinda of thing). And, at times, he can be a really kind and selfless person that'll not get tired until make someone happy and fulfilled.

He also is extremely worried about his own youth, to the point of wanting to learn magic just to make himself eternally a young person. He's also very clever, and has a great will regarding the desire of learning (so he never was a bad student). He likes to talk a lot about (and show) his great and wonderful powers/abilities, always complementing to, whatever something incredible happens to him as "it's because I'm lucky".

Powers and Abilities

Mystic Human Physiology: Dae-Seong is a mystical superhuman who got powers by practicing magic. So he isn't supernatural by birth, but by practice and knowledge only. His abilities are known for being greatly versatile and immensily powerful (to the point of many wondering how a kid got a such level of power).

• Magic: As said, he is a skilled practicer of magic. So, he's able to channel power from cosmic entities to empower his own abilities (much like every magic user), which are varying and with different possible capabilities. His main speciality with these powers are control over probability, a pocket dimension, and cosmic magic.

• Probability Magic: Dae-Seong is specialized in the magic that controls probability. What he wants to happen, he can initiate and/or cast a factor/spell that will lead it to make it happen. Some possible example of uses includes: by splashing in the water, he can make it have bad luck to lead into a tsunami; by snapping his fingers, the force generated by it can eventually turn into a powerful shockwave; and many more other possibly infinite examples.

• Meta Luck: He uses his probability magic mainly on himself, making him always and eternally lucky, it also being the reason of his main alias. Due to his great intellect, he manages to limitedly use it at his favor, being almost at will (despite not being able to truly, and fully, control it).

• Luck Energy Manipulation: His probability powers appears to be casted through a green electrical-like effect, implying that he may control energy related to it.

• Spell Casting: All of his magical abilities can be used through spells, for varying uses and purposes. He mainly uses spells to cast powerful energy blasts of cosmic/magical energy (as it's the only actual versatile form of attack casted from him).

• Personal Reality: By clapping his hands, Dae-Seong can generate a portal that leads to a pocket reality that was created and fully controlled by him, which he calls "Lucky Zone". Unlike most similar users, his reality isn't actually infinite and isn't even as big as a normal universe (he thinks it's probably galaxy-sized, but he isn't completely sure).

• Reality Magic: Inside of the Lucky Zone (and inside it only), he's able to warp reality as he seems fit, which makes the pocket dimension his own personal playground, basically.

• Cosmic Magic: He's able to control cosmic energies and matter (molecular-level) through magic. This power is so strong, that w/ Probability Magic, he was shown to be able to rearrange the position of the stars in the sky of the Lucky Zone (while being on Earth). He uses it mostly to attacks (such as by projecting cosmic/magical energy), teleportation and make a better use of his own personal reality.

• Flight: He can cast a magical aura around himself to be able to freely fly.

• Semi-Immortality: Dae-Seong uses cosmic forces to maintain his youth forever, which makes him unable to die through age. Due to this power's nature, this also gives him a complete self-sustenance.

• Magic Channeling: Like said, being a magician, he's capable of channeling magical energies from various different sources to empower his own abilities.

Abilities

• Genius-level Intellect: Even though his childish behavior, he's actually pretty intelligent. Dae-Seong was capable of learning types of magic that is considered by most really powerful, and can come up with great plans and ideas easily.

• Trickster: If it wasn't obvious in the personality part, he's a great trickster, and a greatly skillled one.

• Peak Human Combatant: Although he doesn't have any power that gives or allows him enhanced physical attributes, he's a formidable fighter and can take on a fight by his own.

Weaknesses

• He relies on his powers too much.

• He doesn't have significant physical attributes (despite being good combatant).

Weapons & Paraphernalia

• Strange Head-Thing: Like what it says, it's an object that is on his head that no one knows what it is for. Some theorize that helps him channel magical energies from the multiverse, but isn't sure.

Trivia

• "Kenny" is his common alias due to people thinking that his name is Kim. Due to the korean style of names, his name is Dae-Seong, while his surname is Kim.

• His favorite food is Bibimbap (a korean lunch-in-the-box, basically).

• The actual reason of why he decided to learn magic is because he always wanted to be a wizard since he was just a (actual) kid.

• He's rarely sad or angry.The reason why, is because he thinks that being sad or angry over something is just useless, and doesn't actually helps in anything.

• He met with Windblade when the same was travelling around South Korea. While how they encounter is due to Dae-Seong's powers. Basically, he was desiring for a good friend (since he was kinda lonely), and so their paths eventually collided.

• His main desire is a world (in an universal sense) where people always has what they like at their disposal. He doesn't use his powers to make it true though, because he knows there are certain people whose wishes are no worthy.

• Dae-Seong knows Rax-Ell, the Narrative-Man.No one knows how or what happened, but they already have encountered with one another.

• He works as a gardener at the Fuyuki Arts School, and he's actually pretty good at it.

• The idea of him wanting to be young forever is inspired on the Peter Pan tales.
