Deflection

Can Vector Deflection inverting/reversing non-physical attack?

Like can it inverting/reversing ability like Telekinesis or Psychokinesis or just

Psychic Powers in general.

And by any chance damage them.

I am looking for the set of powers that is needed to be able to deflect bullets with bladed weapons like sword, axe, fan and possibly to redirect them back to its source. What arw your opinions about this?
