Density Manipulation

It seems different than normal electric users. The dude is phasing and teleporting, changing shapes and sizes. Connecting to the internet. Seeing the entire electromagnetic spectrum. Etc. I am trying to iron out what he can and can't do.

Side note: What is the association between Electromagnetism Manipulation and Density Manipulation? because that isn't expanded on in the articles. They just say they are associated with one another.
