I just thought of a breath power and called it "plague breath" or "breath of plague" with this power you simply exhale a green mist and anything you hit with it contracts whatever disease you want them to contract anything from the common cold to small pox to ebola

Back in the 1930’s, the entire world was plagued by a black mist. Anyone who breathed in this mist would either get Powers if they’re strong enough or die within a week of breathing it in. They call this The Great Mortality, and blame The Devil of Death—a mysterious and powerful figure—for strengthening it. Do you believe these rumors?

Appearance: He has a Caramel skin tone, vibrant blue-green eyes, very muscular and bulky, bright white teeth, extremely handsome.
Personality: Fectious is a sex addict, he infects people with diseases so that they come to him and ask to be cured and has sex with them as payment, he's afraid of commitment and doesn't want kids even though he has shot his load in many beings and is a father to at least 3.5 Quintillion beings in the universe. Fectious is very charismatic and easily convinces people to do it with him.

He can create, control diseases but is capable making entirely new uncurable diseases to affect specific people or species in the Omniverse and cure any disease.
The diseases he creates dont just make people weak but can even create diseases that can make someone more powerful or grant new powers and abilities e.g a disease that grants super strength or reality warping, telekinesis, Meta time manipulation etc. He's capable of infecting all of existence
So I'm making a character who has disease manipulation, sound manipulation and body manipulation. He's meant to be a military weapon, and is an anti-hero. What should his code name be?
