If someone has Dragon Embodiment do they have the ability to use Draconization and yes before anyone says just look at what the sub-powers are I know that is available but unless I absolutely have to I am not going to look through every dragon power just to figure this out because someone may have already done that before or something like that.

Edit: Also the reason I ask this is because in the limitation tab it say that Dragon Embodiment doesn't effect anything other than dragons.
