Electromagnetic Spectrum Manipulation

The Infinity stones channel Unlimited quantities of Cosmic Energy to manipulate different qualities of reality, the Power Stone and Soul Stone was used to push Dr. strange’s astral form out of his material body. The power stone having the ability to manipulate the entire electromagnetic spectrum and the Soul Stone having the ability to manipulate the life force of other beings Presumably Through the astral plane.

Doctor Strange was also able to channel electrical energy from a defibrillator from his physical body to his astral body to The astral Zealot he was fighting to kill him (which means that the astral plane must have some sort of connection with the electromagnetic spectrum)?
