Primebloods are hated by some groups who have access to advanced technology(basically the sentinel program) but their also exists a school to help primebloods trains their abilities for the betterment of mankind and to become heroes called the academy of tamed elements(basically the Charles Xavier school) and group of primebloods who wish to conquer humanity called the council of the untamed(basically the brotherhood)

A primeblood starts off with 1 or 2 powers but can gain more through training or age

Basically your in an elemental version of the X men franchise: your world is like that of X-men people start being born with superhuman abilities some groups of the hate them and try to exterminate them through the use of advanced robotic killing machines or powerful futuristic weapons some become villains believing humans are the inferior race or their just not very good people to begin with some become heroes and protect humanity but there are some differences one the mutants of this world are called wielders and there are elements that decide that sort of decide what the wielders ability is. the power of a wielder has to be based from one these elements however they can have any straight up manipulation powers it has a custom and unique ability based around their element for example: a fire wielder could have the ability to emit lava ash from their finger tips or a earth wielder could have the ability generate chains made of crystal though if their ability includes creating constructs of some sort then they might have control over their construct though only their construct
