Empathy

How can Vitakinesis (life-force) use Empathy and Light Manipulation, I saw these two power in Life-force Manipulation and made me question how these sub-powers work

While working on Devil Pink, i've decided to make her a pop star with "empathic music powers", which is basically musical powers with empathic abilities and I'm trying to come up with a powerset based on that specific aspect of her abilities, but I've hit a writer's block when coming up with her abilities, first of all what can she do with these powers, and second what are some side powers that will go well with her natural abilities as a singer.

All I've manage to come up with is she can empower herself and allies and influence the environment and enemies, as well.

What could be an ability that would allow the user to hear the "cries for help" coming from any living being, they can also find the person who needs their help via tracking them by their emotions.

(Note: I know that this sounds just like Empathy, but I just like the sound of Heart Sense).

I am looking for one that has the applications like empathy, creation, transmutation, manipulations, flight, shapeshifing, invisibility, and telekinesis but no knowledge powers.

Is there any superpower out there that has the applications like creation,empathy,manipulation,transmutation, shapeshifting, and flight?

How does this sound for a new power:

Emotional Ability Manifestation: the ability to gain powers by having enough strong emotions.

Limitations:

Powers gained are temporary and the stronger the power the more emotions are needed with can be draining.

I have a character who is an empath who can sense emotions and thoughts.

What other side powers would go along with empathy.

Does an empath have to feel the emotions of others or do they just have to have empathic abilities
