My mc needs to be reasonably strong so i'm thinking they'll be able to passively absorb any form of energy that is directed at or in close proximity to them and then they can shape this stored energy to form constructs. but i can't decide how this passive skill affects them and certain limitations, i do know that i want these to be unique. I'd really appreciate some suggestions!!

Martin Birmingham Brooker, also known as Gamma, is Hekon's younger brother. Due to a series of unfortunate events, he is "cursed" to live forever together with his brother.

Appearance

Martin, much like his brother, is a man of great stature, with a athletic and defined built. His skin is white, he has green eyes, and his hair is blonde and curly (with bangs that covers his left eye due to aesthetics).

His common outfit consists on a white formal suit, it being a tuxedo, trousers and shoes in the already mentioned color, and a blue scarf around his neck. His tuxedo has a black shirt underneath, together with a blue tie.

Personality

Martin can be described as the exact opposite to his brother Timothy. Unlike him, Martin seems to be a calm, somewhat kind, compassionate and gentle man. But, due to his infernal life of being badly treated by his own brother and the series of unfortunate events that happened next, Martin developed a deep depression, anxiety and bitterness towards his own life, wishing that it could finally end and he could get a good rest for all eternity.

Like said, the reason of his self-hate, is because of Hekon himself. Due to being constantly and indirectly exposed to the brother's reality warping abilities, Martin developed certain new powers that would make him "tolerate" the crazy reality Hekon was molding the universe into. When Hekon bestowed immortality to his parents and siblings, they fell into complete despair and insanity. Desiring that his parents and sister could not suffer anymore, Martin "killed" them by absorbing their life-forces, and then cursing himself of doing so and increasing even more his self-hate and the hate towards his brother.

When Martin absorbed his family's life-forces, the universe entered on an existential paradox, and ended up bestowing the young man an absolute-level of immortality. Now, Martin became completely depressed and wishes for nothing else other than someone to kill him (but not before of finding someone that truly loves him).

Since then, he lived together with his brother (as he didn't have anywhere else to go), but still with a great grudge against him. At a certain point, he stole an interdimensional-travelling device from Scientia and begun to travel among the multiverse as an attempt of escaping the infernal view that he saw during this great time with his brother. Finally understanding that Hekon is a true monster (because as a young brother, he hoped that Tim would redeem himself at some point), he also wishes to someone defeat him once and for all, and make himself have a reason to keep going instead of *just* dying (since he's more than 3 trillion years old).

Powers and Abilities

Superhuman Physiology: Due to being constantly and indirectly exposed to Hekon's reality warping abilities, Martin developed superpowers and his physiology turned that into a superhuman's one. The powers that he acquired consists on vast energy absorption ones, an absolute-level of immortality, complete immunity against abstract, conceptual and reality warping powers, and certain other ones.

• Energy Absorption: Like stated, his main and original power is the capability of absorbing any and all forms of energy, regardless of the type, nature, source, and else. But, unlike conventional users, he cannot make an actual use of the absorbed energies (like most of other users), so he cannot channel it into attacks or else. Due to a great time increasing this power even more, it developed itself into an absolute form, and he's capable of absorbing life-force, essence, heat, electromagnetism, be immune to energies, etc. Now, he has to live of the capability of storing energy within himself and nothing else.

• Infinite Energy: Because of the consequences of absorbing energy endlessly, he stores this energy endlessly as well. As such, his body essentially became a living energy reactor that generates energy infinitely. But, like said, he isn't able of using it into any plausible form. Sometimes, he has to go to existential voids to release energy, since otherwise reality is doomed.

• Absolute Immortality: Martin is completely immortal, to the truest sense of the word. He cannot die by any means, be it physically, mentally, conceptually, narratively, spiritually, etc. The reason of this level of immortality, is due to the paradox imposed by the universe itself (he was able to absorb the life-forces of 3 immortal beings, which would be impossible by logical and normal means). This power also helps him to be immune to everything else. Summarized up, he simply can't die.

• Reality Anchoring: In the first steps of developing full immortality, Martin was able to become immune to any kind of reality warping powers. As such, he is unfettered by any changes to existence and is always conscious about them.

• Life and Death Transcendence: As a consequence of this type of power, Martin is now completely transcendent above the concept of life and death altogether.

• Self-Sustenance: Due to his immortality and infinite energy, he's completely devoid of any kind of needs.

• Vibration Manipulation: He also developed a new third ability. This one, however, is applicable to combat and other uses. This ability is the one that makes Martin able to control any form of vibrations within the universe, which makes him able to affect weather, air, earth, sound, temperature, etc, by vibrating the environment to do so. This power also makes him able to generate earthquakes in a planetary-scale, and control/create extremely powerful shockwaves capable of affecting an entire solar system, and possibly the universe itself if strong enough.

• Supernatural Body: Infusing certain vibrations around his body, mind and soul, he was able to acquire a great level of physical condition. As such, he has a notable level of strength, speed, durability (already done due to his immortality), stamina, agility, etc. With it, he's capable of matching with formidable opponents (including Hekon himself).

• Vibrokinetic Flight: He can fly, glide and/or levitate through manipulation of vibrations.

• Thermal Manipulation: By vibrating molecules at extreme speeds (or the other way around), he's capable of controlling the heat of things. This is mainly used, by him, to keep his body comfortable (as even though he's absolutely immortal, he still feels a psychological discomfort at certain environments).

• Intangibility: Martin is able to vibrate his own molecules to achieve intangibility, and pass through solid matter and all.

• Force-Field Generation: Martin is also capable of using vibrations to form protective shields around himself or other things. These shields are as durable as him, and they can even protect targets from things he is immune to (such as Reality Warping).

Abilities

• Martial Arts Mastery: Before the rampage done by Hekon towards reality, Martin was black belt at karate. As such, now he's able to use all abilities and techniques within karate at a supernatural-level.

Weaknesses

• He can't use his Energy Absorption and Infinite Energy powers within some useful manner.

• Description: A replica of Fromthetime's chaos watch made by Scientia many universal resets ago. Martin uses it to travel among the multiverse and escape from the hands of Hekon and the same never be able to truly find him. This version also allows him to go places outside space-time, which is completely useful to Martin (in regards to his own goal of escaping from his own brother).

• He hates himself for not being able to deal with Hekon sooner, and now thinks he's completely disposable for being completely useless.

• In this immortal life of him, Martin wishes to find a true and only love. To at least make his immortal life more durable and useful.

• Despite knowing was something that was needed and what they wanted, Martin still feels ashamed and resentful for having killed his parents and sister.

• As you saw, he has a severe case of depression and anxiety.

• He already saved many lives by absorbing energy, as saw during a time that he absorbed the radiation from a nuclear power plant that was about to explode due to malfunction. Because of that, he is saw as a hero by many people among the multiverse.

• His favorite hobby (to his immortal life has a sense) is studying and contemplating the beauties of existence.

• Even though one of his desires is literally wanting to die, he is conscious about his immortal life and knows his wish will never be accomplished.
