Carmen Diaz, aka Ms. Celeste, is a superheroine, being the spanish member of the World Security League. She is also one the 3 protagonists (together with Tom and Chris) of the spin-off Cronikus: World Security League.

Appearance

Carmen is an adult woman with a defined appearance. She has a long dark brown hair (that goes up to the middle of the back), white skin and light-brown eyes. Also, she has a yellow birthmark below the right eye that resembles a lightning. Her common most common clothes consists on a beige sweater (with a white t-shirt below), black jeans, and white shoes.

Her superhero outfit consists of a red suit with yellow fire symbols and lines, a dark red half-cape (at the waist, similar to this, but it's more "torn") with yellow iron plates, a golden belt, yellow gloves, and dark red boots with some yellow accessories around it that resembles rings.

Personality

Despite being considered a woman of feel words (and then, not knowing so much about her personality), she already demonstrated great determination, great leadership skills, always tends to think in a logical way, is pretty analytical, and also can be very supportive to others in case of problems. She is always focused in her job and always want to give her best, even if she seems arrogant and boring sometimes. The thing that defines her is "being efficient and useful" in any possible way.

Like stated, she is a person of feel words, rarely speaking and when does so, it means the situation is very important. However, there's a reason for this. Carmen says that she is always focused on her job and things that she has to do, so she doesn't speak so much and/or it is chilling with her colleagues, following the "a good life is when the tasks are done right" lifestyle. So, the most notable trait of her is how bossy she can be.

But, this doesn't means that she is completely emotionless, because she genuinely cares about her friends, family and innocent lives, using her mighty power to protect her loved ones and the entire planet if necessary. She also enjoys doing creative exercises with herself and friends, as well as planning new types of interesting, yet great, trainings for the team. Carmen also has a strange sense of humor, as she tells bad jokes that only her finds funny.

Powers and Abilities

Superhuman Physiology: Carmen was injected with the Hyper-Serum, which gave her superhuman physical abilities, the power of flight and the capability of control energy and generate constructs at will. It's possible that her physiology as a whole is now connected to the Big Bang Force's source, which may explains her refined, powerful and great ergokinetic abilities.

• Superhuman Strength: Absorbing and being enhanced by different types of energy, her strenght can be vastly enhanced to immeasurable levels, being able to match and/or defeat countless beings, including other equally powerful opponents. She is, without a doubt, one of the strongest heroes in the world, due to being able to rivalize with various cosmic beings, and lift without any effort gigantic structures, as well as destroying them (as one time she destroyed with a single attack an entire big spaceship). Carmen is also considered to be the strongest woman in the world and potentially in the universe.

• Superhuman Speed: Carmen is extremely fast, being able to reach speeds close to that of light, and was already able to turn around the planet in less than 2 seconds. And also, she can control her own speed, being as fast as anyone, or as equal or slow. She generally flies at Mach 350 or less. But, in space, can reach many times faster than light and go under interstellar distances in hours or minutes (depending on the distance).

• Superhuman Reflexes: Carmen can quickly react and dodge objects, being able to dodge beams of energy, bullet shots, attacks from other beings, etc.

• Superhuman Durability: Carmen's skin, muscle and bone density has increased exponentially due to her superhuman physiology. As such, she has resistance to blunt trauma, falls from high altitudes, being attacked with different types of energy blasts, large explosions, physical attacks by enemies, etc. She is immune to cosmic radiation and temperature. She also has immunity to any energy-related attacks (since all of her power is empowered by it, so making this type of attack is completely useless into her).

• Self-Sustenance: Carmen's physical needs are greatly reduced, and is also able to remain immobile without the normal effects they would have. She can also stay in the space without worries.

• Superhuman Agility: She has more agility, dexterity, balance and body coordination than a normal human being. She is able to react to enemy punches and overcome them with ease.

• Superhuman Regeneration: Despite her vast durability, it is still capable of injuring her, but this is compensated by her great regenerative capacity, which can heal wounds very quickly and potentially even regenerate lost limbs.

• Longevity: Due to her energy empowerment, her aging process has been greatly reduced, possibly even stopped altogether.

• Flight: Carmen can fly, glide and float in the air and in the vacuum of space without outside help. She can fly at incredible speed, allowing her to fly into the atmosphere and even outer space and land safely on the planet's surface with ease. She can also maneuver with great precision in any direction, as well as float in one place.

• Bodily Attribute Augmentation: She has the ability to redistribute her attributes (such as strength, speed, durability, etc) in specific parts of the body, potentially increasing the potency of her punches, kicks, etc. As an effect, the parts of the body that have been augmented also enhances in muscle mass and size (depending on how much attribute has been redistributed).

• Self-Muscle Manipulation: Carmen has the innate ability to control her own muscle mass, enabling greater strenght, durability, stamina, flexibility and reflexes. She can augment her muscle mass as well, possessing a form where she becomes very musculous and very physically strong.

• Energy Manipulation: Carmen is able to create, shape and manipulate any energy of the electromagnetic spectrum and other sources, and can use them to obtain a variety of effects, such as projecting beams, increasing physical attributes, absorbing, etc. She has an extremely precise control over that field, who, despite not being able to manipulate matter (as her colleagues who haves the ability to control energy as well), she is the most powerful in energy control, being able to release greater blasts (and also much different types of energy, not limited only to electromagnetism-related ones, like her colleagues), which can may be considered all of them. However, she isn't very skilled with other forms of energy, so she still uses, yet, only electromagnetic types of energy.

• Exothermic Manipulation: She can accumulate energy in her hands to burn, melt or pass through solid metals, such as steel doors, ceilings or walls.

• Energy Absorption: Carmen can absorb energy, while removing it from the source, for her body and uses it in various ways, gaining some form of advantage, either by improving herself, gaining the drained energy, using as a source of energy, etc, either temporarily or permanently. Various applications include channeling the absorbed energy into strength, durability, regeneration or simply releasing energy from her body.

• Energy Empowerment: Her physical attributes and energy powers are vastly enhanced by different (if not all) types of energy, be it cosmic, kinetic, natural, electromagnetic, etc. At enough energy absorption, she can become significantly very powerful.

• Self-Power Augmentation: She can empower her existing abilities to higher levels through her energy and muscle controlling powers. In some cases, she can even increase her power to the highest possible level.

• Energy Generation/Projection: Carmen can project and generate any kind of energy from her body, using them mostly in offensive ways, which can take down enough powerful opponents, Her energy projection abilities is considered the most powerful one among the superpowered beings in Earth.

• Energy Attacks: Carmen can release/use energy for attacks of various forms and/or intensities, whether projected, used as part of melee attacks, etc, from huge rays of pure energy that can knock down or even obliterate dozens of targets, or slightly singe them.

• Energy Vision: She can project beams of energy from her eyes, causing various effects. She can learn to manipulate the beams, manipulating their trajectories, pass objects and keep locked on targets, etc. These bursts are usually intense, beam-shaped.

• Energy Blast: She can directly channel its energy into dense and powerful bursts of photons strong enough to spray concrete and metal or in lighter bursts that only send opponents flying through the air.

• Energy Channeling: She can channel/harness energy and use it for a variety of purposes.

• Radiation Generation: She can generate powerful blasts of radiation, that can hurt even the most resistant beings.

• Energy Constructs: Carmen can transform energy into tools, objects, weapons and other items, create semi-living constructions and/or create structures/buildings of varying lengths. By mastering this ability, she will be able to use it for almost any situation, creating everything she needs. She is more known with this power by creating weapons in battle, such as swords, shields, spears, bows, and various others.

• Force-Field Generation: Through her energy constructs, she can also generate powerful energy-made force-fields.

• Adaptive Energy: She can create and manipulate energy in such a way that she can change its frequency at will. She can scan energies consciously or subconsciously and use them to energize her powers. She can convert nearby abilities with a special "hidden energy" that shifts all other nearby energies into a currently unknown energy.

Abilities

• Leadership Skills: As the second-in-command of the WSL, she has great leadership skills. A funny information about this skill, is that she has it since birth, because her mother already said that Carmen was very bossy as a child.

• Master Combatant: She learned, in some months, several types of combat abilities, and also mastering them. She is skilled in several martial arts and other types of combat.

• Great Intellect: Carmen also has a higher IQ than an average person, having a certain knowledge over every area; she has a great knowledge over physics, due to her abilities being related to energy and as she wanted to learn about that area, to know more of what she could do.

• Tactical Analysis: She is also notable to have a great analytical skills that helps her in varios types of events, problems and things. Her colleagues tends to say that Carmen is always ten steps ahead of them (as a joke, but it's kinda true). This ability makes her very adaptable in terms of strategy, combat and others, as her mind is very efficient, intuitive and adaptive.

Weaknesses

• Although her physical condition can be augmented anytime, her energy powers not. So, she needs to "rest" at least one day per month to fully "recharge" them.

• Magic (metaphysical energy) can affect her (although, it needs to be very powerful).

• When she uses her attribute redistribution, the other parts of the body (except the ones who have been augmented) becomes weaker, depending on how much power has been redistributed.

Trivia

• She is the second-in-command of the World Security League, so when the Captain Molecular is not leading the team, she takes the role.

• Carmen is asexual, but it's heteroromantic.

• For some reason, she doesn't like hot-dogs.

• She is also the 2nd strongest member of the team in physical terms.

• Before joining the WSL, she was a physical education teacher at an university of Spain (for 1,5 years).

• At that time, her students considered her a very competent teacher, worth of such title.

• She tends to pull Chris' ears when he does something wrong, and himself stated that this actually helps him to be a better leader.

• And when he does something that is dumb, she punches his stomach.

• Carmen likes to tell bad jokes that only she finds it funny.

• She also has an "older sister" behavior to Hope (Gabriela Flores) treating her as a younger sister. Actually, it's safe to say that she has an overall "responsible sister" behavior to all the team, serving as it's "maintainer".

• The thing she most likes is contemplate the natural beauties of her country. As well visiting major cities in there (like Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla, Bilbao, etc).

• She enjoys coffee very much.

• She hates others being or acting dumb.

• As already stated, she possess a very musculous form, where she becomes very buff, tall and strong. It resembles the Legendary Super Saiyan form (Dragon Ball), just without the green hair.
