Ok so… let's say we pick a Sharkman who briefly unlocked the 100% of his brain. Now let's say that, in terms of brain capacity, humans are higher than Sharkmen. Returning to our picked Sharkman, the "100%" of brain capacity is the same maximum as a human's (like Lucy Miller). While on Sharkmen, it's more than their maximum. Sharkmen's maximum is lower than humans'.
