Can someone explain Absolute Life-Force to me in simple terms? I've never truly understood the power at a fundamental level. All I know is that it is basically limitless life energy that makes you immortal in addition to providing a boundless healing factor.

I'm using the version of Absolute Life-Force that only allows eternal life alongside limitless regeneration and stamina.
