This has confused me for a while, there's the powers of Fire Manipulation, Fire Arts, and Fire Magic. But I'm confused about the actual capabilities of each of these powers mainly fire art and magic in relation to fire manipulation. And by extension what exactly art and magic powers are.

How can i make a pyrokinetic/pyromancer, have more character depth and meaning, besides the person the sets stuff on fire.
I've finally came up with a concept for one of my characters, Sebastian to make him an immortal pyromancer and the avatar of some fire spirit.
