Welcome back everyone to OC VS. Battles Pt. 2! I'm N0nartsy and today we kick off Pt.2's premiere with two techno style heroes! The rules from before still apply so whoever falls first loses, however a knock out from the opposing side will count as a victory for them, but whether the characters follow this rule themselves will be a mystery...

Technology and sciences can get humanity far in development, as it can improve lives, make things efficient, and lead to some pretty awesome abilities in the world of fiction. Nao the Fulgun; The innovative holo-tech vigilante, and Syan Sokudo; The speed and time traveler of the future. These two eccentric characters use their passions to make their technologies reach crazy levels of science, and to help out fight crime to save the day(or probably to have fun and experiment with what they have). What happens when you pit crazy and crazy together? Let's find out...

*In a futuristic city, a high tech car speeds through the streets playing loud music, and is trailed by a green blur. The blur is revealed to be a figure, the superhero Traveler. The one driving the vehicle is Nao the Fulgun. Traveler speeds up next to Nao and looks strict*

[Traveler]"Hey! You cut me off earlier jerk!"

[Nao]"Hmph, you're just too slow to keep up, miss!"

*Nao speeds up the vehicle more, starting to get through Traveler's nerves. In a fit of anger, She super speeds past the vehicle and charges a strike at the hood of it, causing it to stop in a halt and break the front. However, Nao jumps from an open way at the roof of the vehicle and spawns high tech guns, shooting at Traveler, who dodges out of the way. Nao lands, looking displeased*

[Nao]"That definitely wasn't cheap! Looks like I might have to charge you!"

[Traveler]"Charge this!"

*Traveler speeds up to Nao instantly, hitting him with several rapid strikes and kicking him back. He gets launched back to the destroyed vehicle, but laughs as his body seemingly turns into holograms, and reveals to be a now destroyed drone, shocking Traveler. Suddenly, multiple drones come out of the trunk of the destroyed vehicle, flying around and start to shoot at Traveler, who dodges the blasts and speeds away, with the other drones following and continuing the attack. From a holographic screen displaying both the scene and information regarding Syan's suit, the real Nao looks on through the cameras of the drones, inside an unknown building. He types something from a holographic screen and smirks, and looks back to see the shape of a suit. Back to the chase with the speedster and the flying arsenals, the drones create projections of Nao carrying different weapons and attack Traveler, who scoffs at the display*

[Traveler]"You stupid? All that's not rea-"

*She gets cut off when she starts to feel getting hit from the barrage of attacks from the Nao's, surprising Traveler and forcing her to go on the defensive and avoid the attacks. The Nao group appears to overwhelm her, until she sees an opening and speed blitzes through and circles the projections, striking down all of them at once until all the projections turn back to the destroyed drones. She is about to speed away to find the real Nao, but gets surrounded by a force-field dome, projected by spare drones watching the fight. Nao's voice speaks through the drones to taunt her*

[Nao]"Look who's feeling dumb now"

*The force-field starts to shrink around Traveler, who looks shocked at first, until she realizes she can time travel. She does so, and speeds through a circle and reappears as herself running from the drones shooting at her. Traveler speeds up more and jumps on the walls of buildings and takes down all the drones for good, before searching around the city again at high speeds for the real Nao. While the real Nao looks surprised at first, he merely chuckles and turns around. A moment later, Traveler finds the building and looks around, noticing it's dark inside.*

[Traveler]"Really dude? This trick? I thought you were smart! Show yourself!"

*The door closes behind Traveler and she looks back, but suddenly blue streaks of light appear behind her, revealing to be a nanotech suit towering behind her*

[Nao]"Suit yourself"

*Traveler turns again to Nao striking her with a powerful punch, launching her straight through the doors and several meters away, although her own force-field aura protected her somewhat. The armored Nao flies out and appears in front of Traveler, readying to strike again. Traveler dodges the attack and rapidly punches Nao all over, who absorbs the hits and catches her fist, readying his own, and making Traveler worried*

[Nao]"Charge this"

[Traveler]"Oh no-"

*His fist becomes engulfed in energy, and uppercuts Traveler to the sky past the tallest buildings height, before flying upwards and striking her down even faster. Traveler gets struck straight down into the ground, causing a crater to form from the impact. Traveler is on the ground and starts to feel weaker, and sees Nao fly down and walk to her. She grits her teeth and forces herself up, appearing to not back down, causing Nao to chuckle in admiration.*

[Nao]"A fighter 'till the end. I can respect that"

*When Nao creates a blaster from his nanotech suit to shoot Traveler, she smirks, and suddenly time appears to move very slowly. She super speeds her movements to make everything appear almost motionless, and walks to the armored Nao before knocking on his head. She smirks and cracks her knuckles, and goes to a stance, now blitzing around Nao so fast and punching him way past the speed of sound and light, until stopping in seconds and walking back in her previous position and standing still, causing everything to move normally and Nao to feel the full force of all the hits. His suit can't take it, and starts to overheat from the excess energy and begins destroying itself and harming Nao within, grunting violently from the pain. Traveler super speeds back and appears on the other side of the city, before running back and charging energy through her fist. She reappears in front of Nao and prepares to land the finishing blow*

[Traveler]"Keep the change"

*She strikes Nao with the force of a lightning bolt, causing a severe explosion in front of her. From the ground, the armored suit's helmet rolls on the floor, burnt to a crisp, and a green blur appears and super speeds past it, and moves around the city quickly.*

K.O.!

Results:

When it came down to it, this battle was surprisingly complex, and could've potentially ended in both ways for either fighters victory. With Nao's versatility with what he can make and his own level of intelligence, he was certainly a better planner than Syan and had ways to overwhelm Syan's defenses, but based on physical stats, it was no surprise that Traveler had the clear advantage in the beginning.

Her level of power simply surpassed Nao's own offensive equipment, even just her charging her strike to have the same power as a lightning bolt outclassed Nao's stun equipment and other weaponry, given that lightning has 200 million volts, while his stun equipment at most has just 1 million volts. Speed was also one sided, given her ability to move around almost instantly and avoid any weapons that could've harmed her and counterattack.

In close range combat, Traveler could end the fight very quickly, but even she had no protection against holographic projector illusions, and Nao could easily teleport out of the scene with his devices to keep her busy long enough to plan out an attack and prepare quick enough for him to analyze her suit. It may be using temporal energies, but even that could be recognized by Nao and allow him to find ways to work around it and potentially hack it, but because there's no evidence that it uses cyber technology, so this is theoretical at best.

Nao did have an ace up his sleeve in the form of the A.N.S. Model II, which was strong enough to overwhelm her defenses due to its own power and ability to absorb hits, so it had the ability to beat Traveler, but it still couldn't match her speed. Even if Nao could find ways to end the fight, Traveler was capable of the same, also being a smart fighter and having access to time travel, easily being able to go back and just start all over until she had the right moment.

Verdict:

Nao was definitely a remarkable genius and had many impressive gadgetry, but he fell short compared to Syan's overwhelming speed, power, and counters. I guess Traveler had the time she needed to make Nao the Fulgun... Ful-Gone

The winner is Syan the Traveler!
