You have woken up to find that time went back to two months after your second birthday. Which of course you only noticed because your memories weren’t eviscerated. You at first was just a normal human but five minutes after you woke up, something happened with your body. While you didn’t turn into an alien/cosmic entity/god/angel/demon/dragon/fairy/vampire/phoenix/a universe nor any of its other levels/some other animal/monster, your two new abilities have pushed your human physiology into greater heights.

What are your two new powers (no omnipotence/unity/totality embodiment/absolute transcendence/absolute Invincibility/perfection) and what level of human physiology do you now possess thanks to your two powers elevating your condition? Why or why not would you at any point show to the world that you’re not just here regular human like the rest? And lastly, how will you be taking advantage co of your new powers?

It’s Sunday, March 13th, 2021. Spring Break has started as you all have arrived or are within Kansas City, Kansas. Throughout the city, you see several posters asking for hiring or help for something called The Search Squad. With curiosity piqued and having no knowledge of who or what it is, you decide to meet this Squad at Wyandotte County Lake Park. What will you do after you meet this new group?

The City of Kansas City, Kansas has become chaotic, especially with the recent Superomena Incident that heavily affected the entire state. With a week of a Spring Break free and nothing but themselves, each other, their Powers and any other equipment, a freelance Mystery Solving group by the name of The Search Squad set off to find out the origins of this Superomena and help the locals with any Creature Issuses they’re facing. Of course, they’ll need as many allies as they can get. That’s where you’ll come in..right?

Sign-Up Rules:

• Follow the Info Post closely, as they’re the basic Lore of this Universe.

• Humans are the only Species allowed. Nothing else. You may have Powers relating to the Creatures (Anjals, Daemins, Cadavers, Therianthropes, Spectres and Yokai), but you’re all still Human and will remain as such.

• As Humans, all Characters are vulnerable to Trauma, Injuries and/or Death (with permission). Keep this in mind.

• 1 OC per person is all that’s allowed; you can make a new one if they either die or you get bored of them, however.

• Protags only; absolutely no Antags are allowed. As such, please refrain from making any Rude OCs or OCs who’re on the Evil Aligment Scale.

• The Age Range is 20-39.

• You can have any Non-OP Power that’s shown in the 1st Info Post except for Physiology.

• No OP Powers. You’re not sneaking them past me either, trust me

• Powers are optional; you have the chance to gain them throughout this RP.

• Powers must be very basic and at basic level; the goal is to learn, after all. That means no Time, Space/Spatial, Power Replication/Copying, Reality or any other extremely strong Powers.

• Highest Condition allowed is Supernatural Condition (Type I).

• No Immortality, Invulnerability or anything else like it. You are allowed Enhanced Regeneration (Type III) and Supernatural Durability (Type I), but don’t make that an excuse to make your OC survive everything.

• You may only have Resistance to 1 thing; no Immunities are allowed.

• Weakness are—as always—required. The minimum amount of Weaknesses is 4, and they must be different and not basic.

• Backstories are optional.

• You must post the entire Character Sheet into this Sign-Up; do not link it to another Post. I will accept Google Doc Links if they’re too big, however.

• Use the provided Character Sheet to make your Character. Please don’t leave important sections blank such as Personality or Weaknesses.

• Appearances are preferred to be a Photo, but please use Character Art and not photos of actual IRL people.

• You cannot use OCs/Characters repeatedly from other RPs/Series without permission. That is considered to be somewhat lazy, repetitive and annoying, and just barely changing them won't get passed by me so easily. You can kindly ask me if one of your OCs from another Series is allowed. Otherwise, please make a brand new OC that fits with this RP.

• Anyone who breaks any of these rules will be giving 2 more chances to fix their Character before being denied completely.

“Nothing’s coming up.” Ivan spoke as he sat down at a picnic table. “No business, no calls, no hiring, nothing..”

A small white kitten meows, sitting on the table.

“I know, Swedew..” Ivan sighs. “But like, I put up flyers and everything! This modern day ain’t what it used to be.”

Swedew simply meows again.

”Exactly! Nobody’s interested in Mystery Solving anymore!” Ivan states. “They’re all wanting to post their findings on the social media and become famous for it..” He sighs, thinking as he looks around.

Swedew stood up and padded over to Ivan, nudging his hand and purring.

”Good girl.” Ivan spoke after seeing Swedew, petting her head. “At least you and the bunch of crazy Supernatural Youngsters get me..”
