You guys may have heard that im working on a dark fantasy series based on classic creepypastas like Jeff the killer with my own unique spin
I want your help designing their powers, abilities, and weaknesses.

The idea for Bloody Painter is to make him like Sai from Naruto Shippuden and give him art magic
I am also adding some powers to Sally Lulu since they significantly lack detail in that regard.
Out of all of then Judge Angels and Clockwork are the ones im struggling with

As for Eyeless Jack, I am going to delve more into his demonic resurrection by Chernobog. I was thinking about giving him a rage form where he grows horns
This version of Slenderman is the reason why Jeff was able to evade the FBI for years, why Clockwork didn't die from the experiment performed on her.
Clockwork:
I want to give her a power that involves her clock eye, but im not sure which to use. One idea is to give her the abilities that deal with sensing time.
Idea 1: flash precognition
She can see twelve seconds into the future
Idea 2: time perception manipulation
When I was thinking about how strong I wanted Clockwork's strength to be, I searched through various slashers on the site and found one I could try an emulate, Jason Voorhees.
Jason is able to overpower normal humans easily, heck he can rip their limbs off!
