Abilities:
(What an ability could look like, however an ability can look however you can describe or find pictures of)
All nobility have special blood called Golden Blood (based on the blue blood myth that royalty has blue blood), this golden blood carries the DNA strand required for their ability. However with each child born of a Golden blood, the Gene mutates into a new ability.
Nobles can have a range of abilities, however due to the first king's one time use ability to create the golden blood, the ability can ONLY be used to AID the ruler's domain. So Fertility manipulation as one duke had which allowed him to make the soil, plants, domestic animals and his own wife more fertile, leading to an increase in things such as exports of farming goods, increase in the children he had, and the quality of his land. Noble abilities can hurt commoners, however every time they kill/hurt one of their own civilians for no reason, they will suffer the pain of death instead of them. However there are no restrictions on hurting or killing other civilians.
An ability can be split into four levels, Junior level (When you first awake your ability and start learning to use it), Novice level (After learning how to use your ability to benefit yourself slightly), Adept Level (Becoming more of a potent force, being able to use your ability to greatly influence your own body or other people.) Master level (Knowing your abilities in and out, the weaknesses and strengths, knowing every small detail about your ability. Comes with years of training).
You can sacrifice your physical strength and vitality by being old, (above 40-50) but having a master level ability, however anything younger than 40 has to be Adept and under.
Commoners magic:

Commoners are not by any means weak, every commoner can use magic, ranging from nature magic with a 20% chance of having an affinity, to life magic with a 0.1% chance of having an affinity. Nobility cannot use magic as their golden Gene was originally the magic gene, but upgraded to be unique and stronger.
Magic comes in anatomy levels, The first level is affinity, where sound magic users will have better hearing, fire magic users would have fire resistant skin, etc. another First level anatomy is magic tendons, aka muscle fibres which absorb mana, allowing them to use magic. The second level is mana heart which allows people to naturally produce mana, however the jump from first and second level is more than 10 years worth of mana. With over 30 years of mana, they get Mana skin which means their pores fill with mana and hardens to the point of steel. The very last level and only arch mages and high level mages living up to 100 years old, will develop a Mana brain, the final step till ‘ascension’. Mana brains allow users to control memories and their own mind.
Magic is as followed, Nature magic at 20%, Sound magic at 15%, Water magic at 15%, fire magic at 12%, electricity magic at 10%, metal magic at 10%, demonic magic at 5%, light magic at 4%, holy magic at 3%, healing magic at 3%, ice magic at 2%, Air magic at 2%, earth magic at 1.5%, darkness magic at 1%, Death magic at 0.5%, Aether magic at 0.5%, Support magic at 0.1%, life magic at 0.1%.
Skills:
(What a skill would be, no mana needed, no discrimination, just pure talent and hard word. However you can mix Skills and magic/abilities)
Skills such as swordsmanship, archery, alchemy, ETC are available to everyone. Broken into 5 rankings of, Basic, Adept, High, Duke, Master and Godly.
There tends to only be a single being alive at once that reaches the God rank, and they are documented as God of ______. However Master swordsmen can slice entire mountains in half, making them an extremely rare yet powerful investment for a war. Godly Alchemists are known to make potions to revive the dead to live another 50 years, and master alchemists can make potions to extend the life of a mortal by 100 years.
But getting anywhere past High ranking is extremely difficult, as even a veteran of combat who has fought many wars, cannot become a duke rank swordsmen. To truly achieve the rank of Duke in any skill you must fully understand your skill and synchronise your DNA with the skill. This does mean however that people can only be above High rank with ONE skill.
A reminder !! Nobility cannot use Magic as their magic gene has evolved into the golden gene which stops them using magic !!
Kingdom Information
The kingdom of Loweth, a place with majestic deserts, and wonderful forests. Being at the very north of the continent, it has ocean faces at both North and west with a bay to the North-East. To the south of the kingdom is a mountain range travelling from the western ocean to the very edge of the eastern kingdom of Owhein.
Sharing the north eastern bay, and our eastern border neighbours are the Skiuso Kingdom, whose main wealth comes from their exploitation of the marble market. Across the North-East bay is the Wemid Kingdom with a powerful military force and naval force.
The mountain range blocking the upper north kingdoms from the rest of the kingdom is called Miners paradise. As it has hundreds of ore veins, but why has no one taken control of them yet? Because of the dragons that have dens there, of the 24 mountains, 23 of them are claimed by dragons while the last one is a wyvern den. This den is the only way through for trade and travelling.
Our Kingdom of Loweth is split into three dukedoms, Loweth Dukedom, which is the king and queens secondary title after King and queen. This dukedom is 1/3 of the kingdom, and is locateds at the western edge. The Ubrus Dukedom is the north portion of the kingdom. Finally the Ofria Dukedom is the southern Dukedom. All three of these make up the whole kingdom.
The capital city for Loweth is called Weth, a place of military and economic importance, its walls are a staggering 40 feet tall and have magical archers lining the wall. Like attack on titans there are 3 walls, each for a different class, the outer was the poor and useless, the middle was the common and decent, then the inner was the wealthy and important. There were several guilds such as the Mages guild, rogues guild, assassins guild, merchants guild, nobles guild, and more all working directly under the king.
The kingdom had extreme Weathers, where the winters got to -45 degrees and the summer would be bone dry reaching a staggering 60 degrees. However each season has its crops, in the heat they mainly grow cati and then use it to produce food and water, and in cold they grow rice in the rivers and flooded marshes.
Hello role-players of power-wiki. I would like to ask you something, if i hosted a roleplay where you interact with others, not as civilians but as nobles, and your to manage your domain and what not. How would you feel about it?
To be more detailed you will be a count of kingdom, and as the lore ill make goes, each count has a special power to help aid there county. Be it a military leadership ability or a money making ability, its up to you. But you will have to communicate with others. You can communicate by waging war and controlling your army, or by setting up trade routes with goods only you have.
Things that will be imposed upon you? well you will have to pick what resources you have none of, some of and a abundance of, and if you have some wood, then you will have to trade your resources for wood from other counties.
