While developing the powerset of the Devil Defenders, I've hit a road block, and that road block is Devil Pink, I was indecisive on whether Devil Pink should be a sassy diva with musical sound-based powers and a love for the Performing Arts or a bubbly Magical Girl archetype who fights with her emotions with Heart Magic and Empathic-Casting, along with other powers that make her even more of a Mary Sue.
I can't decide whether to use the first idea or the second idea, I wanna use the first idea cuz the DD was suppose to have a monster theme, but I worry I might make this character boring, but I wanna use the second idea, cuz of the potential this character has, like I'm not trying to make her a Mary Sue, but it gives me the vibes (especially, since she can also warp reality with her emotions, but it's a latent power).
But idk, I wanna hear what you guys think.
