Magma Manipulation

Ah yes, Jogo, the truest human, let's make him miraculously survive getting oven baked by Suckkuna and go on a training arc to get his getback on human and sorcerorkind! How would you max out his abilities and potentially buff him where he may be lacking? What new abilities would he gain on the way?

So basically, based one of my previous posts, I wanna see how far Jogo could get through Avatar (ATLA specifically) if he followed Aangs path from start to finish. For the sake of making this work, We'll just say that Jogo can be killed by the elements and Avatar people can be targeted by DE. Where does he stop and who does he lose to?

Kenjutsu / Sword Style: Akizan Hishima-ryu (Autumn Afterfire Island Sword Style): Kenjutsu, Kendo/Shinkendo, Iaido/Iaijutsu, Battojutsu, and Taisha-ryu (A real life kenjutsu style where its stances and movements are adapted to battlefield conditions, taking uneven ground and various obstacles into consideration. And, the style combines swordsmanship with kicking, joint locks, or attacks to the eyes.) Can any of you come up with any moves or techniques for my sword style?

I just found out that ice is a type of rock, thus water is molten rock, THUS making us lava humans!!!

I know it's hard to believe but I think that every superpower even the destructive ones (magma and death to name a few) are capable of being used in conventional ways such as boiling water, taking out the trash, or even stopping vehicles but those are just some of the things that come to MY mind when it comes to superpowers and their daily usage. What are your conventional methods that you would use magma manipulation if you were granted with it?

If I had earth manipulation, could I manipulate lava due to it being molten rock or not?
