Known Powers: Subject is able to shift matter into another state of matter like solid, liquid, gas, and rarely plasma via physical contact. Subject has escaped handcuffs by turning them from solid to liquid. Froze water by turning it solid, evaporated it by turning into gas. Even avoided being shot by turning the bullets into liquid when making contact with their skin. Once was seen even reconstructing all the liquid from the bullets into a solid block.

Luckily, it would appear they can't use it on living beings. A notable weakness is that they are unable to state change matter if the matter in question in unable to be exist in that state on Earth. The subject is unable to change something like wood into liquid or gas. As well as it being an active ability, meaning the subject must consciously do it and isn't passive or reactive. Subject posses no signs of any physical enhancements.
