Meta Space Manipulation

In my description, the ability to make dimensional entities/beings/objects the same level of dimension, no matter how high or low, or even outside/not in a dimension or someone even transcended dimensions, they shall interact with each other as if they in the same dimension even though they not suppose to be seeing or harm each other. So what do you think of this power, useful? and is there a power already existed that exactly the same to this, please tell me, because I tried to search and couldn't find it...

How drastic does a change have to be for common consensus to be required to add to a change. Because for a while now I'm had an idea to expand the capabilities of meta time and meta space manipulation.

Ever since I've known about these two powers, I've found the use of them unclear. Outside of settings with metaphysical realms, or alternate universes, these powers don't seem too much stronger than the non-meta versions of themselves. After a while of thought however, I think I have thought of a another way to use these powers. Presumably in addition to effecting deities and beings in metaphysical realms. These powers should be able to effect concepts too. So meta-time and meta-space manipulation could have their own unique capabilities when using there powers on concepts. With meta-time manipulation one could freeze a concept, essentially halting that idea until they allow it to move again. If concepts in the setting have an origin, they could reverse the concept to before their origin, erasing it. By freezing different concepts, a meta-time manipulator could make it impossible to die by freezing the concept. Or render all of humanity obsolete by freezing the concept of humanity. Meta-space's possible uses are even odder. Expanding the reach of a concept. Turning the concept of a specific thing into, a general wide spread concept. And vice-versa, turning something general like life or darkness into something obscure and obsolete. What do you think of this possible usage?
